Unfortunately we cannot always accommodate early check ins or late check outs due to the busy schedule and high standards of our changeover team, but feel free to ask. f you are very keen to extend your stay, it’s always worth checking the dates and prices as an extra day may not add much to the total price.

A good housekeeping bond is an agreement to allow up to £2000 to be taken from the card used to authorise the booking in the event of any loss or damage to the property or its contents during your stay. We have put much time and effort into renovating and furnishing the properties, so it is essential that we ask for this extra level of reassurance You can, however, rest assured that we very rarely have to take anything from the good housekeeping bond and wouldn’t seek compensation for smaller matters such as broken glass. Please always let us know as soon as possible if anything is lost broken so we fix or replace it.
